Integrated Communication Services provides a wide variety of telecommunication products and services for small to large sized businesses in California. Established in 1982 as a consulting company for voice and data networks, the company has evolved into a full service computer telephony company headquartered in Roseville.

ICS provides complete design, maintenance, documentation and service for voice and data networks.

ICS is an authorized distributor for the entire line of NEC Telephone Systems. This includes the 2400 IMS which has capacity for 25,000 ports, the NEAX 2000 IVS Digital PBX which has the capacity for 512 ports, and the new Electra Professional, a digital hybrid that can be expanded to 196 ports, yet is cost effective starting at three telephones.

ICS's line of Voice Mail Systems is extensive, allowing us to apply the right system to the specific application. These systems are Active Voice, Digital Speech and Verbatim. These three systems provide an extensive feature program including audio text, IVR and faxback technologies.

ICS is also an authorized distributor for Telelectronics and Tapit Call Accounting Systems. For those clients wanting greater control over their telephone expense, Telelectronics & Tapit gives them a user friendly way to keep tabs of how much is spent by individual employees and departments. Telelectronics & Tapit are used by some of the most prominent companies in Northern California.

In addition, ICS can provide network consulting for both voice and data. ICS can provide direct carrier services through agency relationships with a number of different providers. These services can also be contracted on a percentage of savings basis or flat fee arrangements.

ICS can also source, service and provide equipment for already existing voice systems that still have serviceable life left in them.
